How to request deletion

To request deletion of personal data associated with this website or a social integration, email privacy@goldman-armi.com with:

• the name or identifier used when contacting us;
• a clear description of the data or account to be deleted;
• enough information for us to locate the record safely.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or private keys.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify that the requester is authorised to make it, identify the relevant records, and delete or anonymise them where required by applicable law. Some information may be retained when necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or record-keeping.

Requests are normally handled within the period required by applicable law. If we need more information, we will explain why. We will respond through the contact channel used for the request unless another secure channel is agreed.

Meta / Instagram app requests

If a request originates through Meta or Instagram, include the relevant account identifier and follow the platform's available in-app deletion flow when provided. This page is the public instructions URL for the Meta app; it does not replace a platform's own account controls.
